Todd replaced my gutters and downspouts yesterday. Although my house is only about ten years old, the builder's installation was always problematic with frequent clogging and overflows that threatened to come into my basement (and actually did once). Todd and I hashed out some ideas out together which I thought were cost effective and functional without being overkill. He was very responsive, precise and meticulous, and a pleasure to work with.
